MONDAY MESSAGE: PMA — POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE 🎯
Good morning! Let's GO! ☕💃🏾🔥
I woke up this morning thinking about something I have believed in for YEARS:
PMA — Positive Mental Attitude.
Now, let me tell you what PMA does NOT mean.
It doesn't mean everything is perfect.
It doesn't mean every plan works.
It doesn't mean you won't experience disappointment, delays, setbacks, unexpected changes, or simply have one of those days when life says, “Nope...we're doing something different today.” 😅
PMA is about how you RESPOND.
You can make the plan.
You can work the plan.
You can put everything on the calendar.
And life can change that plan in ONE phone call.
So what do you do?
Adjust.
Keep perspective.
Protect your mindset.
Keep your FAITH. 🙏🏾
Give yourself and others grace.
And when it's time, keep moving forward. 🎯
That's PMA.
Your circumstances don't get to make every decision about your attitude.
And as we enter this final week of August, that's the mindset I'm carrying with me:
I am grateful for what has been accomplished. 🙏🏾
I'm celebrating the WINS. 🎉
I'm learning from what didn't go as planned.
I'm adjusting where I need to adjust.
And I'm going to keep MOVING THE NEEDLE. 🎯🔥
We still have seven days left in August.
Don't write the month off because everything didn't happen exactly the way you planned.
What can you finish?
What can you fix?
What can you start?
What can you celebrate?
What ONE thing can you do today to move the needle?
Get your mind right.
Get your attitude right.
Then get MOVING.
PMA. Positive Mental Attitude.

I have believed this for years: progress is progress.

You don't have to move a mile today. Sometimes all you have is an inch, and that inch still counts.

We can spend forever planning, preparing, talking, and intending to do something. But at some point, you have to MOVE.

One phone call.
One email.
One decision.
One application.
One conversation.
One prayer.
One more step.

That's what I call moving the needle.

You may not be where you want to be yet, but if you moved the needle today, you're closer than you were yesterday.💯
